A little about her :
used to be a model. She is one of many BS NURSING STUDENT in one university in Philipine. At first I asked her randomly. But then I was interested as her job. One of our friend are a registered nurse on one of the hospital there. So here is our interview going on on YM:

sherley: what do you usually do when you have freetime?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: i usually study and sometimes play some online games or just hop on different buffet

sherley: what kind of online games do you usually play?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: mmorpg, the multi player games, like shaiya.. i usually play with nanix

sherley: ah... i see.. is it a war game or something like that?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: yes something like that

sherley: are you a model by any chance?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: before...haha ... but not anymore

sherley: how do you feel when you work as a model before?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: sometimes good and sometimes i felt so bad ahaha

sherley: XDDD what is the good things?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: good things that i was able to feel good somehow, meet new friends, experience new clothes and to walk and model under the spotlight

sherley: that's cool! =3 what are the bad things then?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: like , having a nervous breakdown..

sherley: ah.. i see... i see so, what do you do now?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: nothing, this day was reseved for my rest day , no school works or house tasks

sherley: I read on the spotlight section that you are a BS Nursing student... what are you learning?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: yes bachelor in science in learning
in nursing
learning about medicine.. like doctors
its so hard haha

sherley: you learn how to inject patient too?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: yes it is basic to us
injecting, surgery etc
we deal about patient care, all about life and blood related works

sherley: you're not scared with blood?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: im not
hehehe
i actually love blood

sherley: XD have you ever feel like.. once you want to back down from the medical lesson and the nurse thingy?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: nope
i actually enjoyed everything
hahaha

sherley: you're a registered nurse now?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: soon
not yet already

sherley: how long did it take to be a registered one?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: 5 years here at my country
1 year to go

sherley: why do you take the BS nurse, why not doctor?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: actually after taking bs nursing i will take doctors degree
so i will have two degree or two title if ever, as a registered nurse and a physician surgeon doctor

sherley: oh, so the steps like that... what, surgeon? 0,0..... isn't that a little scary, you know organs and all?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: yes we are studying organs and everything at nursing
did you know that studying nursing is much harder than doctor
someday i want to be a genereal or neuro surgeon

sherley: i just know it now since you mention it *nod* woah~ that's really cool! why neuro sergeon?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: i dont know but i love brains , i love everything about the brain haha

sherley: you touch it before?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: not the brains
but i want to see one ..
i wnat to observe brain surgery for real haha

sherley: wow! you already set your minds for surgery XD
Allyana Kim Lavarias: yes , and i am hoping that someday i would be able to get a title of being surgeon

sherley: I wish you luck for that keep fighting!
and you said that you got an operating room duty yesterday. what did you do there?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: thanks!
yes yesterday i got 4 case of operation 2 are on eye operation it is called as phaco-emulsification
and enucleation of eye

sherley: you do the operation also?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: nope, not at all but i do assist the surgeon

sherley: you are very brave. i can't even imagine what it looks like...
Allyana Kim Lavarias: actually one of my classmate fainted inside the operating room haha

Allyana Kim Lavarias: yes she's brave enough ...
the most scary thing is on the delivery room
i swear

sherley: can you tell me about it?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: its about giving birth
hahah
you will see the fetus/baby coming out

sherley: and then?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: its bloody , and the smell was not that good
you will cut the cord and do a minor surgery on the mothers genitals
without anesthesia
then after delivery you will give 2 injections on the baby's leg

sherley: 2 injections for what?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: vit k injection and anti-hepa b injection

sherley: oh... i see.. did you feel scared when you see that scene?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: nope actually i feel so amzed
on how life starts

sherley: have you ever thought like OMG! i will be like that when i have a baby or something like that?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: yes of course i did
and i feel a bit scared
hahah

sherley: you touch the baby?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: yes and its slimy haha

sherley: have you ever join the delivery by operations?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: yes a lot of times
for four months

sherley: what do you feel when you are in that kind of operation?
Allyana Kim Lavarias: at first i feel a bit nervous but as time goes by it became a part of my daily routine

sherley: you are really cool sis *0*
Allyana Kim Lavarias: im not sis heheheh

sherley: *was like 0,0?*
Allyana Kim Lavarias: i could only call my self cool by the time that i was able to pass the exam for registered nurse
anyway sis can we continue this interview whenever you are free, i feel a bit drowsy today coz of weather ...

sherley: yeup i was about tosay that i want to ended this
Allyana Kim Lavarias: thanks sis, because it was so hot here even at evening
and there is no cold air

sherley: hhaa XD i have fun talking to you and thanks for the info about operation and all
